Professional Independence and Conflicts
We conduct conflict checks before accepting new engagements. We cannot accept engagement if:

- There is a conflict with existing client interests
- Acceptance would violate ICAI Code of Ethics or professional independence standards
- We have a personal or financial interest that impairs objectivity
Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate the professional relationship subject to:

- Settlement of all outstanding professional fees and costs
- Compliance with ICAI rules regarding cessation of services
- Proper handover of documents and work-in-progress
- No prejudice to client's interests or ongoing statutory deadlines
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Professional Engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, and ICAI regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of professional services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

- ICAI Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct
- Chartered Accountants Act, 1949
- Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Accounting Standards (AS)
- Standards on Auditing (SA) issued by ICAI

- All applicable professional and statutory standards
